What is a chapter?

Alumni Chapters are a great way for Laurentian alumni to stay connected with fellow graduates and their alma mater.  An alumni chapter brings graduates together for social, professional, or recreational activities. 

There are two chapter types: geographic and constituent.  Geographic chapters are based in a city, province, or country where a significant number of Laurentian alumni reside (eg. Sudbury, Toronto, etc).  Constituent chapters are based on a particular activity, residence, team, or program that alumni were part of during their time at Laurentian (eg. Laurentian@Georgian, SPAD, Men's Basketball, etc).

Les sections régionales sont un bon moyen pour les anciens de l'UL de rester en contact avec leur alma mater. Les sections des anciens regroupent des diplômés pour des activités sociales, professionnelles ou de loisir.

Il existe deux types de sections : géographique et thèmatique. Les sections géographiques se trouvent dans une ville, une province ou un pays qui regroupe un nombre important d'anciens (p. ex., Sudbury, Toronto, etc.). Les sections thématiques reposent sur une activité particulière, une résidence, une équipe ou un programme dont les anciens ont fait partie pendant leur séjour à la Laurentienne (p. ex., Laurentian@Georgian, SPAD, basket-ball masculin, etc.)
